When you experience this beautiful island you can be forgiven for thinking that everyone must want to live here, but in fact the Cyprus property market isnt nearly as inflated as those in mainland Europe, Britain and America. You shouldnt expect the value of your Cyprus property to rocket after purchasing, but you wont need to worry about the bottom falling out of the market, either.
